Charlize Theron

Charlize Theron [uttalas: ɕɑli:z θɛ'rən], född 7 augusti 1975 i Benoni, Gauteng (i f.d. Transvaal), Sydafrika, är en sydafrikansk skådespelerska och filmproducent verksam i USA.

Theron Oscarbelönades 2004 för bästa kvinnliga huvudroll i filmen Monster.

Hon var sin mammas vittne i rätten efter att mamman hade skjutit pappan. Mamman straffades dock inte, eftersom hon sköt Charlizes pappa i självförsvar efter att han hotat att döda både henne och den då 15-åriga Charlize.
